However, in the bathroom she overhears a girl talking about Makio and how she plans to ask him out, which angers Akari, ultimately making her decide to go to lethal means of getting rid of her competition. The story follows Japanese high school student Akari Furutaka, who falls in love with the school's pretty boy, Makio Sono. However, unlike Yandere Simulator, the setting and functions in Yandere School are far more simplistic, with no time limit, and your only required tasks being to kill your rivals and hiding their bodies. It is closely inspired by Yandere Simulator, another yandere game still in development by Yandere Dev. Yandere School is first-person indie action game created by Tea and Cake Games and released on September 1, 2017.
